“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we will ever do.”
Brené Brown
Hi, I’m Bethany.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale. A place where you can talk honestly about what you are carrying without feeling judged or rushed.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with seven years of experience supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. My background includes work in healthcare and community settings where I have helped people navigate grief, life transitions, relationship stress, addiction recovery, and the emotional weight that often comes with caring for others.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I believe people heal best when they feel seen, understood, and supported. At the same time, therapy is not just about talking. I work alongside my clients to explore patterns, build practical tools, and find meaningful ways forward. I value honesty and directness in the therapy room, while always approaching each conversation with care and respect.
In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore what is really going on beneath the surface, and supported as we work together toward the life you want.
I have a special passion for supporting women, young mothers, and individuals navigating major life transitions. As someone who understands how complex life can be, I bring both professional training and genuine compassion into the therapy room.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, you do not have to figure it out alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
